Party Trips Report

पार्टी ट्रिप्स रिपोर्ट — See trips for one party or all parties in a period: status breakdown and how many trips are still unbilled. Useful before you raise invoices or collection memos.

What you see on this page

Section titled “What you see on this page”
  • Filter bar at top with three dropdowns and Generate Report button (blue):
    • Select Date * (required): Today, Last 7 Days, This Month (default), Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, This Year, Custom Range
    • Select Party: All Parties (default) or specific party dropdown
    • Select Trip Status: All Trips (default), Active, Started, Completed, POD received, POD submitted, Settled
  • After generating, Report Period chip shows selected date range
  • Summary cards row displaying:
    • Total Trips (with count)
    • Total Unbilled Trips (highlighted count)
    • Individual status cards: Started, Completed, POD Received, POD Submitted, Settled (each with colored badge and count)
  • Data table with columns: Sr. No., Party Name (if All Parties selected), Date, Booking/LR No, Invoice No, Route, Vehicle No, Trip Status (colored badges), Freight Amount (₹), Created On
  • Bottom action buttons: Excel (green icon) and PDF (red icon) for downloading
  • Empty state: “No records found for this period.” when no trips match filters
  • Loading states: “Generating…” toast during report generation, “Preparing…” during downloads

Steps

🚛Open Party Trips Report

On Reports, open the card Party Trips Report (Trips by party with status breakdown and unbilled counts) → Open report.

🔍Set filters

  • Select Date * — Today, Last 7 Days, This Month (default), Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, This Year, Custom Range
  • Select Party — All Parties or one party (e.g. Swift Cargo)
  • Select Trip Status — All Trips, Active, Started, Completed, POD received, POD submitted, Settled

▶️Generate Report

Tap Generate Report (loading: Generating…).

Empty: No records found for this period.

📊Read the summary

Cards: Total Trips, Total Unbilled Trips, Started, Completed, POD Received, POD Submitted, Settled.

Period chip: Report Period.

📋Read the table

Columns: Sr. No., Party Name (when All Parties), Date, Booking/LR No, Invoice No, Route, Vehicle No, Trip Status, Freight Amount (₹), Created On.

⬇️Download Excel or PDF

After generate: Excel / PDF (toasts: Preparing… then download).

Next: Party Invoice Report

Outstanding ledger — open invoices from PDF without login.

Continue
