Parties list

पार्टीज़ लिस्ट — One place to see every billing party, pending vs settled invoices, and how much balance is left.

What you see on this page

Section titled “What you see on this page”
  • Search bar — type party name or contact number; clear with × or “Clear search”.
  • TOTAL PARTY BALANCE card in purple gradient — shows the sum of all outstanding amounts.
  • Table columns: Name (party name + phone with copy icon), Pending Invoices count, Settled Invoices count, Balance Amount in red ₹, and View details button.
  • Add Party button (top-right on desktop, floating button on mobile) — opens Add New Party dialog.
  • Pagination footer — “Showing X to Y of Z entries” with “Show” dropdown (10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 250, 500) and page navigation.
  • Empty state — if no parties found, shows icon, message, and “Clear search” if search is active.

👥Open Parties

In the Lorryto sidebar open Parties.

💰Read the summary

At the top: TOTAL PARTY BALANCE (₹) — overall outstanding across parties for this company/branch.

🔍Search

Use Search parties… to find by name. Clear with × / Clear search.

📊Read each row

  • Name — party name + mobile (— if empty). Copy icon copies the contact number → toast Contact number copied.
  • Pending Invoices — count still unpaid
  • Settled Invoices — count paid / settled
  • Balance Amount — remaining ₹
  • Details — View details opens that party’s page

⚙️Other list actions

  • Add Party — see Add Party
  • Pagination: Show … entries; Showing X to Y of Z

If nothing shows: check company/branch, or empty message No parties found.
