Parties overview

पार्टी कौन है — A Party (पार्टी) is your billing party (बिलिंग पार्टी): the customer you bill for trips / LRs (बिल्टी). The same party appears when you create a trip, Collection Memo, or invoice. This is not the same as a Supplier, Driver, or Credit Shop.

What you see on this page

• Company and branch selector at the top — you need both selected to view or add parties.
• Add Party button — opens a dialog to create a new billing party (mobile/desktop) or floating action button (small screens).
• Search bar — type party name to filter; clear with × button.
• TOTAL PARTY BALANCE card — shows overall outstanding amount across all parties.
• Parties table with columns: Name (with phone icon and copy button), Pending Invoices, Settled Invoices, Balance Amount (in ₹), and View details button.
• Pagination controls at the bottom — change “Show” entries per page and navigate pages.

Company and branch first

Select the correct company and branch in the Lorryto header. Without them you cannot view or add parties.

Quick start

The Parties list shows TOTAL PARTY BALANCE. Open any row with View details to see invoices, trips, and party details. Example party name: Swift Cargo.
