LorryTo Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to LorryTo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LorryTo, including the web platform, mobile applications, and related services provided by LorryTo.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue using our platform and services immediately.

1. Definitions

Platform: Refers to the LorryTo system, including the web portal and mobile applications.
We, Us, Our: Refers to LorryTo, the service provider and operator of the platform.
User, You, Your: Refers to anyone accessing or using the platform, including admins, drivers, and authorized personnel.
Company: Refers to a transport business account (company profile) registered and managed on the LorryTo platform.
Subscription: Refers to paid plans for accessing specific features of the LorryTo platform for a defined period.
User Slot / Additional User: Refers to a paid login capacity added beyond the users included in your base plan for a Company.
Free Trial: Refers to initial trial access with limited functionalities, if offered.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age.
You can bind yourself or your organization to these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Super Admin

Full access to platform functionalities based on plan scope.
Creates and manages users, plans, and account-level settings.
Monitors reports, transactions, and platform operations.

3.2 Transporter Admin

Manages transporter operations including LR/Bilty workflows.
Maintains master data (party, vehicle, driver, material).
Manages financial records, invoices, slips, and ledgers.

3.3 Drivers

Uses driver app features assigned by admin roles.
Updates assignments, deliveries, and issue reporting.
Shares status updates and documents as required.

4. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and updated registration details.
You are responsible for confidentiality of login credentials.
You must notify us immediately in case of suspected unauthorized account access.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a limited trial period. Access may be restricted after trial completion unless a valid paid subscription is activated.

5.2 Subscription Plans

Plan options may include monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Plan scope may vary by feature set and usage limits.
Payments are processed via integrated payment methods.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date.

5.3 Late or Failed Payments

Failed or unpaid subscriptions may result in account suspension or restricted access after notice.

5.4 Company Subscriptions (One Company, One Subscription)

When you take a subscription, pay the applicable fees, and a Company is created or activated on LorryTo, that subscription applies only to that specific Company. Plan features, access period, and included user limits (as stated at purchase) are valid for that Company account only.

Once payment is successful and the Company is created or access is provisioned, fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law. Stopping use of the platform, deleting records, or closing operations does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.

5.5 Additional Companies (Separate Subscription Required)

If you create or subscribe for an additional Company on LorryTo, a new subscription and separate fees apply for that Company. Each Company must have its own valid, paid subscription.

A subscription paid for Company A cannot be transferred to or used for Company B.
Pricing shown on our website or at checkout applies separately to each new Company subscription.
No refund is provided for fees paid when an additional Company is created, subject to applicable law.

5.6 Additional Users (Per-User Fees)

If your plan includes a base number of users and you purchase additional users, those charges apply only to the extra user capacity (user slot) you paid for within that Company.

Fees paid for an additional user apply only to that purchased user slot for that Company.
Those fees are not transferable to another Company or to a different subscription.
You may update user details and activate or deactivate users within your Company as permitted by the platform.
Activating or deactivating a user does not entitle you to a refund for unused periods or unused slots.
Replacing or updating details for a user within the same paid slot does not create a new subscription; the paid slot remains tied to that Company’s subscription.
You cannot apply fees paid for one user slot to a different person outside your plan rules without purchasing the appropriate additional user capacity.
No refund is provided when a user is created, removed, or deactivated after fees for that user slot have been paid, except where required by law.

5.7 No Refunds (General)

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription fees—including Company subscriptions, plan renewals, and additional user charges—are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and access is granted or provisioned.

You are responsible for selecting the correct Company, plan, billing period, and number of users before completing payment. Please review our pricing and these Terms before purchase.

6. Platform Usage

6.1 Permitted Use

Use the platform only for legal and authorized transport management purposes.
Maintain accurate and updated operational and financial records.

6.2 Prohibited Use

Fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use of the platform.
Sharing credentials or granting unauthorized third-party access.
Modifying, reverse-engineering, or attempting to hack the platform.
Uploading malware, harmful code, or illegal content.

7. Data Management and Security

We implement reasonable security controls to protect user data. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee complete protection against all cybersecurity threats.

8. Service Availability and Maintenance

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. LorryTo is not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

LorryTo ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account, transporter account, driver account, or Company profile, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

The user has provided false, misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
The account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activities.
The user attempts unauthorized access to systems, data, or other user accounts.
The user violates applicable laws, regulations, or government requirements.
The user breaches these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, or any other platform policies.
The account poses a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk to the platform, its users, or business partners.

We may investigate suspected violations and may temporarily suspend access while an investigation is ongoing. We reserve the right to permanently terminate accounts where violations are confirmed.

You may also request termination of your account by contacting support. Suspension or termination for cause does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations for subscriptions or additional users already provisioned, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Any outstanding legal obligations, payment obligations, or liabilities shall survive the suspension or termination of the account.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property including trademarks, software code, platform designs, and content is owned by LorryTo. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LorryTo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits arising from use or inability to use the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LorryTo harmless from claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.

14. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued platform use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
