Introduction

Welcome to Lorryto. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Lorryto, including the web platform, mobile applications, and related services provided by Lorryto.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue using our platform and services immediately.

1. Definitions

Platform: Refers to the Lorryto system, including the web portal and mobile applications.
We, Us, Our: Refers to Lorryto, the service provider and operator of the platform.
User, You, Your: Refers to anyone accessing or using the platform, including admins, drivers, and authorized personnel.
Subscription: Refers to paid plans for accessing specific features of the Lorryto platform.
Free Trial: Refers to initial trial access with limited functionalities, if offered.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age.
You can bind yourself or your organization to these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Super Admin

Full access to platform functionalities based on plan scope.
Creates and manages users, plans, and account-level settings.
Monitors reports, transactions, and platform operations.

3.2 Transporter Admin

Manages transporter operations including LR/Bilty workflows.
Maintains master data (party, vehicle, driver, material).
Manages financial records, invoices, slips, and ledgers.

3.3 Drivers

Uses driver app features assigned by admin roles.
Updates assignments, deliveries, and issue reporting.
Shares status updates and documents as required.

4. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and updated registration details.
You are responsible for confidentiality of login credentials.
You must notify us immediately in case of suspected unauthorized account access.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a limited trial period. Access may be restricted after trial completion unless a valid paid subscription is activated.

5.2 Subscription Plans

Plan options may include monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Plan scope may vary by feature set and usage limits.
Payments are processed via integrated payment methods.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date.

5.3 Late or Failed Payments

Failed or unpaid subscriptions may result in account suspension or restricted access after notice.

6. Platform Usage

6.1 Permitted Use

Use the platform only for legal and authorized transport management purposes.
Maintain accurate and updated operational and financial records.

6.2 Prohibited Use

Fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use of the platform.
Sharing credentials or granting unauthorized third-party access.
Modifying, reverse-engineering, or attempting to hack the platform.
Uploading malware, harmful code, or illegal content.

7. Data Management and Security

We implement reasonable security controls to protect user data. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee complete protection against all cybersecurity threats.

8. Service Availability and Maintenance

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. Lorryto is not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime.

9. Termination of Access

You may terminate your account by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations or non-payment.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property including trademarks, software code, platform designs, and content is owned by Lorryto. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lorryto and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits arising from use or inability to use the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lorryto harmless from claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.

14. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued platform use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
