Account Deletion and Data Removal

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Lorryto Driver mobile application by following these steps:

Open the Lorryto Driver mobile application.
Navigate to your User Profile page.
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.
Tap on the "Delete Account" option.
Type DELETE in the confirmation text field to verify your intent.
Confirm the deletion. Your account will be permanently removed.

Please include your registered name and mobile number in the email so we can locate and process your request promptly.

Data Deletion Details

All personal data — including your profile, trip history, driver details, and uploaded documents — will be permanently deleted.
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes for up to 30 days after deletion is confirmed.
Once the retention period has passed, all remaining data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
