Accounts & Cash in Hand
अकाउंट्स और कैश — See every cash and bank balance in one place. Cash in Hand is the default system wallet for cash. Other accounts are your company banks.
What you see on this page

- + ₹ Credit and − ₹ Debit buttons in header (emerald green and rose red respectively)
- Cash in Hand card (always present):
- Banknotes icon in colored circular badge
- Label “Cash in Hand”
- Large balance amount in rupees (colored based on amount: red if negative, amber if low, green if good)
- Card background has gradient matching balance mood
- Bank account cards (from Company → Bank Accounts):
- Building library icon in colored circular badge
- Bank name/label
- Balance amount with same color logic
- Gradient card backgrounds
- Clicking any card navigates to Account statement page showing:
- Account name as header
- Opening balance and Closing balance display
- Filter controls: From/To date pickers, Search field, Refresh button
- Voucher list table with columns: Date, Voucher No., Particulars, ₹ Credit, ₹ Debit, Balance
- Open Voucher or Read More button for each entry
- For bank accounts, statement page includes View Bank Details and Edit buttons
- Bank details dialog shows: Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, UPI ID/Number, Opening Balance, and Save button

Sidebar Accounting opens the hub. Heading: Accounts. Subtitle: Cash and bank balances. Tap an account to view statement.
Open Accounting💵Cash in Hand
Cash in Hand is always there — like a wallet for cash credit and debit.
Cash payments elsewhere in Lorryto post to this account. You cannot open “bank details” for Cash in Hand the way you do for a bank.
🏦Bank accounts
Other cards are banks you added under Company → Bank Accounts (Add Bank Account).
On a bank’s statement you can View Bank Details and Edit / Save fields (name, account number, IFSC, UPI, opening balance, etc.).
📄Open a statement
Tap any account card → Account statement (or the account name).
Shows Opening balance and Closing balance, plus all vouchers for that account.
