ड्राइवर मोबाइल ऐप — The driver’s phone app for live trips, POD, LR download, expenses, documents, and balance. Office sees the same updates in Lorryto web.

📱Who can log in
Driver must be Active with a mobile number on the office Drivers profile. Inactive drivers cannot log in.

When the office starts a trip, it appears for that driver in Lorryto in real time.
Home: shows active trips that are not yet POD submitted.
Trips section: after the driver submits POD, that trip leaves the home screen and stays only under Trips (history / completed list).
Office also lists them under Driver Trips and on each Trip.
📷Upload POD and trip documents
While the trip status is not POD submitted, the driver can upload POD and other trip documents from Lorryto.
After POD is submitted, those upload actions for that trip are no longer available on home (trip moves to Trips only).
Office can view the same files on that LR — Upload POD · Trip Documents.
📄Download driver copy of LR
The driver can download the driver copy of the LR (बिल्टी) directly from Lorryto for that trip.
No need to WhatsApp or print-and-send the LR to the driver separately — open the trip in Lorryto and download.
Office print/download options remain on web: Download & print.
🧾Driver expenses → Un-Verified
Driver can add his own expense with a receipt. It appears on the web under the driver’s Un-Verified tab. Admin can accept or Reject Entry. The driver sees the status in Lorryto. See Driver Khata.
💰Balance in real time
Driver sees how much the company owes him or how much he owes the company. When the office settles on web (khata payment), the Lorryto balance updates.
📎Driver and vehicle documents
Driver can upload his own documents — office sees them under Driver documents.
If the office uploaded documents on the assigned vehicle, the driver can see and download them — Vehicle documents.
📍Live location for office
When the driver shares GPS, office sees Current Location on Vehicles list (Map view / Google Maps).
🔔Expiry alerts for office
If driving licence (or vehicle docs) expiry is coming soon, the office dashboard shows Renewals in the next 30 days — so admin knows before it expires.
