Vehicle documents
व्हीकल डॉक्यूमेंट्स — Upload RC, insurance, permits, and custom docs. Set expiry so the office (and dashboard) get reminders. The assigned driver can view/download them in the Driver Mobile App.
What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”- Eight predefined document type cards: Insurance, RC Permit, Registration Certificate, National Permit, Road Tax, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Certificate (PUC), Green Tax
- Add Custom Document button to create documents with your own names
- Document upload cards showing document name, expiry status (Expires in N days or Expired), and Upload Document button
- Upload form fields: Document file (PNG/JPG/HEIC/PDF), Document Number, Issued Date, Expiry Date, Amount, Remarks
- Document preview showing uploaded files with View/Download/Delete options
- Expiry indicators: Cards highlight documents expiring soon or already expired
- Dashboard notification: Renewals in the next 30 days card on main dashboard shows upcoming expirations
📎Open Documents
Open any vehicle (Owned or Market) → tab Documents / Vehicle Documents.
Open Vehicles📑Predefined document types
- Insurance
- RC Permit
- Registration Certificate
- National Permit
- Road Tax
- Fitness Certificate
- Pollution Certificate (PUC)
- Green Tax
Also Add Custom Document for your own names.
📅Upload with expiry
Upload PNG/JPG/HEIC/PDF. Optional: Document Number, Issued Date, Expiry Date, Amount, Remarks.
Cards show Expires in N day(s) or Expired.

🔔Office alerts
Dashboard card Renewals in the next 30 days lists vehicle documents (and driving licences) nearing expiry — links into Vehicles / Drivers.
Next: Delete Vehicle
When a vehicle can be removed.
