Print & Invoice Design

प्रिंट और डिज़ाइन — After create/update (or from Print Invoice), design how the bill looks, then print. The panel is called Invoice Design.

What you see on this page

  • Live invoice preview in the center showing all details as they’ll print
  • Top toolbar buttons: Copy Invoice Link, Share on WhatsApp, Download PDF, Download Excel, Print Invoice
  • Display option checkboxes: Hide LR number, Hide consignor, Hide consignee, Add Company Stamp, Include trip documents
  • Draggable company stamp (when enabled) that you can position anywhere
  • Invoice Design side panel with tabs and controls:
    • Invoice template dropdown: Template one through five
    • Font Family selector: Poppins, Inter, Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, and more
    • Individual font size sliders for transport name, logo, headers, Bill To section, trip table, consignor/consignee, totals
    • Trip table column widths adjusters with Reset widths button
    • Invoice Background color picker and Transport Name Color selector
    • Sample template chips: Classic, Modern, Vibrant, Ocean, Sunset, Mint
    • Invoice color themes: Blue, Slate, Violet, Emerald, Amber, Rose
  • Bottom panel buttons: Save design, Reset to default

🖨️Open Print Invoice

From the list, tap Print Invoice, or land here after Create Invoice.

  • Copy Invoice Link · Share on WhatsApp — Download & share
  • Download PDF · Download Excel
  • Print Invoice

☑️Display options

  • Hide LR number
  • Hide consignor
  • Hide consignee
  • Add Company Stamp — tip: drag the stamp anywhere on the page
  • Include trip documents — POD and other trip files on print/PDF (see download guide)

🎨Invoice Design panel

Open Invoice Design (drag the panel; close when done).

  • Invoice template — Template one … five
  • Font Family — Poppins, Inter, Roboto, and more
  • Font & logo sizes — transport name, logo, header, Bill To, trip table, consignor/consignee, totals & GST
  • Trip table column widths · Reset widths
  • Invoice Background, Transport Name Color
  • Sample templates — Classic, Modern, Vibrant (+ Ocean, Sunset, Mint, …)
  • Invoice colors — Blue, Slate, Violet, Emerald, …

Save design → Invoice design saved. Or Reset to default.

Next: Edit & trip sync

Update Invoice when trip amounts change.
