Add Party

पार्टी कैसे जोड़ें — Create a new billing party. Only the name is required at first; you can add address, GST, and bank later.

What you see on this page

Section titled “What you see on this page”
  • Dialog title — “Add New Party” at the top with close × button.
  • Info banner — explains only party name is required; other details are optional.
  • Party Name field with red asterisk (*) — required; toggle for UPPERCASE option.
  • Mobile Number field — optional 10-digit Indian mobile.
  • Add More Details / Hide More Details button — expands/collapses sections.
  • Other Details section — Address, Country (India default), State, City, PIN, GST Number, GST Type dropdown (IGST / SGST+CGST / UGST+CGST), GST Percentage dropdown (5%, 12%, 18%, 28%), HSN Code.
  • Bank Details section — Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC, Account Type dropdown (Current/Savings), UPI Address, Bank Address, Contact Person Name/Number. (If you start filling bank fields, bank name, account number, IFSC, and account type become required.)
  • Cancel and Save Party buttons — Save Party shows “Saving…” while processing.

Steps

➕Open Add Party

On the Parties list, tap Add Party. Dialog title: Add New Party.

💡Read the banner

The app says: only the party name is required at this stage. Additional details can be provided later.

📝Fill the basics

  • Party Name * — required (error if empty). Optional UPPERCASE toggle.
  • Mobile Number — optional; if filled, use 10 digits.

Example: Metro Freight.

📋Add More Details (optional)

Tap Add More Details (or Hide More Details to collapse).

Other Details: Address, Country (India), State, City, PIN, GST Number, GST Type (IGST / SGST+CGST / UGST+CGST), GST Percentage, HSN Code.

Bank Details: Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC, Account Type (Current / Savings), UPI Address, Bank Address, Contact Person Name / Number.

If you start filling any bank field, bank name, account, IFSC, and account type become required.

✅Save Party

Tap Save Party (loading: Saving…) or Cancel.

Success: Party added successfully — dialog closes and the list refreshes.
