Suppliers list
सप्लायर्स लिस्ट — One place to see every hire-truck supplier, trip count, and how much balance you still owe.
What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”- Search bar — type supplier name or contact; clear with × or “Clear search”.
- Two KPI cards (purple gradient and green):
- TOTAL SUPPLIER BALANCE — sum of all ₹ you owe suppliers.
- TOTAL TRIPS — total hire trips linked to suppliers.
- Table columns: Supplier Name (name + phone with copy icon), Total Trips count, Balance Amount in red ₹, and View details button.
- Add Supplier button (top-right on desktop, floating button on mobile) — opens Add New Supplier dialog.
- Pagination footer — “Showing X to Y of Z entries” with “Show” dropdown (10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 250, 500) and page navigation.
- Empty state — if no suppliers found, shows icon, message, and “Clear search” if search is active.

- TOTAL SUPPLIER BALANCE — overall ₹ you owe suppliers for this company/branch
- TOTAL TRIPS — hire trips linked to suppliers
🔍Search
Use Search suppliers… to find by name. Clear with Clear search when needed.
📊Read each row
- Supplier Name
- Total Trips
- Balance Amount — remaining ₹ owed
- Details — View details opens that supplier’s page
⚙️Other list actions
- Add Supplier — see Add Supplier
- Pagination: Show … entries; Showing X to Y of Z
If nothing shows: check company/branch, or empty message No suppliers found.
