Add user

यूज़र जोड़ें — Add a person to the current branch so they can sign in with phone + OTP. You need a free seat (or pay for an extra seat first).

What you see on this page

  • Add user button in User management screen (or “Pay to add user” if seats are full)
  • Add user to branch dialog — Mobile (required, 10 digits), First name (required), Last name (optional), Access level dropdown
  • Access levels — Staff (full app, default), User (basic), Dispatcher, Field staff, Admin (branch)
  • Menu access & Allow delete — checkboxes for non-admin roles to control what they can open and delete
  • Save workflow — validates phone, checks if already on branch, shows success message

Steps

➕Open Add user

Open User management. Tap Add user.

If all seats are full, you see Pay to add user instead — complete payment first (see Seats & billing).

📝Fill Add user to branch

Dialog title: Add user to branch.

  • Mobile * — 10-digit phone
  • First name *
  • Last name — optional

  • Access level — Staff (full app, default) / User (basic) / Dispatcher / Field staff / Admin (branch)

For non-admin roles, set Menu access and Allow delete checkboxes — see Roles & permissions.

✅Save

Tap Save. Success: User added. They can sign in with this phone number via OTP.

If the number is already on this branch, or lookup fails, Lorryto shows a clear message — fix the phone or pick another person.
