Edit party details
पार्टी डिटेल्स एडिट — On the party page, open Party Details and edit party information or bank details section by section.
What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”- Party Details tab — two sections: Party Information and Bank Details, each with an Edit Details button.
- Party Information section — shows party name, mobile, email, FAX, address, state, city, PIN, HSN, GST number, GST type, GST percentage; fields show “—” when empty.
- Edit Details button — opens inline edit mode with fields: Party Name (UPPERCASE toggle), Mobile Number, Email, FAX No, Address, Country (read-only “India”), State dropdown, City dropdown, PIN, HSN Code, GST Number, GST Type dropdown, GST Percentage dropdown.
- Save Changes and Cancel buttons — Save shows “Saving…” while processing.
- Success toast — “Party information updated successfully!” or “Bank details updated successfully!”.
- Bank Details section — shows bank name, account number, IFSC, account type, branch name, UPI address, contact person name/number.
- Bank Edit Details — fields: Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC, Account Type dropdown (Current/Savings), Branch Name, UPI Address, Bank Contact Person Name/Number.
✏️Open Party Details
Open the party → tab Party Details.
Open Parties👤Edit Party Information
Section subtitle: Party’s personal and contact details.
Tap Edit Details. You can change:
- Party Name, Mobile Number, Email, FAX No
- Address, Country (read-only India), State, City, PIN
- HSN Code, GST Number, GST Type, GST Percentage
Empty values show as -. Tap Save Changes or Cancel.
Success: Party information updated successfully!
🏦Edit Bank Details
Section subtitle: Bank account and payment information.
Tap Edit Details. Fields: Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC, Account Type, Branch Name, UPI Address, Bank Contact Person Name / Number.
Save Changes → Bank details updated successfully! (or added, if new).
Next: Invoice actions
Settle, print, download, and delete invoices from the party.
