Download / Print LR

एलआर डाउनलोड / प्रिंट — Print or download the bilty with the correct copy stamp for each person.

What you see on this page

Section titled “What you see on this page”
  • On Trips list card: Download button (downloads PDF) and Print button.
  • On View LR: Print LR button, Print Trip Details button, Copy LR Link, WhatsApp share icon.
  • Print LR page: LR Copy dropdown with options: Consignor Copy (default), Consignee Copy, Driver Copy, Office Copy, POD / Accounts Copy.
  • Optional checkboxes: Add Company Stamp, Hide rates from PDF.
  • Buttons: Download PDF, Print, Copy LR Link, WhatsApp share.
  • The PDF shows company logo/stamp, LR details, materials, and the selected copy label in header/footer.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”

🖨️Open print / download

On Trips list: Download (PDF) or Print.

On View LR: Print LR, Print Trip Details, share / copy link.

Open Trips

📑Choose LR Copy

On Print LR, use dropdown LR Copy:

  • Consignor Copy (default on print page)
  • Consignee Copy
  • Driver Copy
  • Office Copy
  • POD / Accounts Copy

List Download often uses a general LORRY RECEIPT style PDF.

⚙️Optional print options

You may see Add Company Stamp, Hide rates from PDF, Copy LR Link, WhatsApp share, download PDF.
