Collection Memo overview

कलेक्शन मेमो क्या है — A document you send to the billing party (बिलिंग पार्टी) with selected trips / LRs (बिल्टी), freight, money already received, and Advance to be PAID. Optional bank details help the party pay you. It is not an Invoice — billed trips cannot join a memo.

What you see on this page

• Search bar — type memo no, party name, or vehicle number to filter the list
• Month dropdown — select All Months, This Month, Last Month, Last 3/6 Months, or Custom date range
• Sort by memo date checkbox — reorder cards by memo date (optional)
• Create Collection Memo button (green) — opens the create flow
• Memo cards — each shows:
  • Memo No., Date (calendar icon)
  • Party name, contact number (with copy button if available)
  • Vehicle numbers (up to 2 shown; hover tooltip for more)
  • Freight, Advance, and Balance amounts
  • Route with green arrows between locations
  • Action buttons: Download PDF, Print (opens print page), Edit, Delete
• Pagination controls at the bottom with items-per-page dropdown (10, 20, 30, 50, 100)
• Empty state shows icon and message when no memos match your filters

Which trips can join a memo?

Only LRs that are not billed (no invoice yet) and not already on another collection memo. On Trips, a linked LR can show View Collection Memo. Unbilled counts by party: Party Trips Report.

Find memos on the list

Search by memo no, party, or vehicle. Filter by month (This Month, Last Month, Last 3/6 Months, Custom). Optional: Sort by memo date. Cards show Freight, Advance, Balance, Route, and actions: Download, Print, Edit, Delete.
