Delete Driver

ड्राइवर डिलीट — Permanently remove a driver only when there are no linked trips (LRs) and no linked vehicles. Otherwise prefer Inactive.

What you see on this page

🗑️Open Delete Driver

You need Delete drivers permission.

Open the driver → Driver Details → section Delete Driver.

Copy: delete only when this driver has no linked trips or vehicles.

🚫If linked records exist

Dialog Cannot delete driver — linked LRs / Trips and/or Vehicles.

Use Open Trips / Open Vehicle, or Deactivate Driver so they leave free-driver lists and cannot log in.

✅Confirm delete

If clear: confirm permanent delete. Removes the profile and all khata entries; past trips/vehicles stay in the system.

Delete Driver or Cancel.
