Seats & billing
सीट्स और बिलिंग — Each person who can use Lorryto for your company uses one seat. Seats are shared across all branches of the company.
What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”- Seat allocation panel on User management screen — shows free included seats (2: 1 Admin + 1 other)
- Company-wide seat count — total active users across all branches
- Paid seat pricing — ₹99/month + 18% GST or ₹999/year + 18% GST (from 3rd user onward)
- Payment buttons — “Pay to add user”, “Pay now”, “How user billing works”
- Renew subscription button — when a paid seat expires
- Seat reuse — if you remove access, the paid seat becomes available for another invite until plan ends

On User management, check Seat allocation. Free included: 2 seats (1 Admin + 1 other).

From the 3rd user onward you need a paid seat.
- ₹99/month + 18% GST (1 month)
- ₹999/year + 18% GST (1 year)
Labels you may see: Pay to add user, Pay now, and How user billing works.
Payment opens Subscription in Lorryto — complete it, then return to add the user.
🔄Reuse and renew
A paid seat stays usable until it expires. If you remove access for someone, that paid seat can be used for another invite until the plan ends.
When a paid seat expires, renew with Renew subscription.
