Party page

पार्टी पेज के अंदर क्या है — After View details, you get three tabs: Party Invoices, Party Trips, and Party Details.

What you see on this page

Section titled “What you see on this page”
  • Page header — party name and phone number (with phone icon); “Go Back” button to return to list.
  • Three tabs — Party Invoices (default), Party Trips, Party Details.
  • Party Invoices tab: KPI cards (TOTAL OUTSTANDING, OPEN INVOICES, PAID INVOICES), search bar, month filter dropdown, status filter (All / Paid / Un-Paid), Create Invoice button, and table with columns: Invoice Date, Invoice No, Invoice Amount, Balance, Status badge, Actions (three-dot menu).
  • Party Trips tab: KPI cards (Total Trips, Total Active Trips, Total Settled Trips), search bar, status filter dropdown (All Trips, Active, Started, Completed, POD received, POD submitted, Settled), and table with columns: LR Date, LR No. / Invoice No., Route, Vehicle No. (with M marker for Market Vehicle), Status badge, Freight Amount.
  • Party Details tab: Party Information card (name, mobile, email, FAX, address, GST details), Bank Details card (bank name, account number, IFSC, type, UPI), Edit button (top-right), and Delete Party button at the bottom.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”

📄Open a party

From the Parties list, tap View details on a party (e.g. Swift Cargo).

Header shows party name and phone. If missing: Party not found → Go Back.

Open Parties

🧾Tab: Party Invoices

Default tab. KPIs: TOTAL OUTSTANDING, OPEN INVOICES, PAID INVOICES.

  • Search: Search invoices…
  • Month: All Months, This Month, Last Month, Last 3/6 Months, Custom
  • Status: All / Paid / Un-Paid (default is Un-Paid)
  • Create Invoice — Create Invoice

Columns: Invoice Date, Invoice No, Invoice Amount, Balance, Status (Paid / Un-Paid), Actions.

Settle, print, download, delete — see Invoice actions and Invoices.

🚛Tab: Party Trips

KPIs: Total Trips, Total Active Trips, Total Settled Trips.

  • Search: LR no., vehicle, route…
  • Status: All Trips, Active, Started, Completed, POD received, POD submitted, Settled

Columns: LR Date, LR / Invoice No., Route, Vehicle No (M = Market Vehicle), Status, Freight Amount.

You can open the LR, linked invoice, or vehicle from the row.

📋Tab: Party Details

  • Party Information — name, mobile, email, FAX, address, GST, HSN, etc.
  • Bank Details — bank name, account, IFSC, type, UPI, contact person
  • Delete Party — if you have permission (see Delete Party)

To change fields: Edit party details.
