Invoices overview

इनवॉइस क्या है — An Invoice (इनवॉइस / बिल) is the bill you raise on a billing party for one or more unbilled LRs / trips. It is not a Collection Memo, not a Supplier Payment Book, and not the goods “Invoice Number” fields on an LR (those are the customer’s goods invoice).

What you see on this page

• Three summary cards: TOTAL OUTSTANDING (purple, rupee amount), OPEN INVOICES (green, count), PAID INVOICES (blue, count)
• Search bar and filter dropdowns for Month and Status
• Create Invoice button (green) in top-right
• Invoice list table with each row showing: Invoice No, Date, Party Name, Invoice Amount, Balance, Status badge, Action buttons
• Action buttons: ₹ (settle), Edit, Print, Download, Delete (if permitted)
• Pagination at bottom showing “Showing X to Y of Z entries” with items-per-page dropdown

Company and branch first

Select the correct company and branch in the Lorryto header. Without them you cannot view or create invoices.

Where to create

Start Create Invoice from:

• Sidebar Invoice → list
• Dashboard or Trips shortcut
• Party page → Party Invoices

Need a party first? Add Party. Company GST, logo, and invoice terms: Company. After create or update, Lorryto opens Print Invoice. Party-wise outstanding ledger: Party Invoice Report.
