पार्टी ट्रिप्स रिपोर्ट
Party Trips Report — एक पार्टी या सभी पार्टी की ट्रिप: स्टेटस ब्रेकडाउन और unbilled काउंट। इनवॉइस/मेमो से पहले उपयोगी।
इस पेज पर क्या दिखता है
Section titled “इस पेज पर क्या दिखता है”- ऊपर फ़िल्टर बार: तीन ड्रॉपडाउन और Generate Report बटन (नीला):
- Select Date * (ज़रूरी): Today, Last 7 Days, This Month (डिफ़ॉल्ट), Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, This Year, Custom Range
- Select Party: All Parties (डिफ़ॉल्ट) या स्पेसिफिक पार्टी
- Select Trip Status: All Trips (डिफ़ॉल्ट), Active, Started, Completed, POD received, POD submitted, Settled
- जनरेट करने के बाद Report Period चिप चुनी तारीख दिखाती है
- सारांश कार्ड्स की पंक्ति:
- Total Trips (संख्या के साथ)
- Total Unbilled Trips (हाइलाइटेड संख्या)
- अलग-अलग स्टेटस कार्ड: Started, Completed, POD Received, POD Submitted, Settled (हर एक रंगीन बैज और संख्या के साथ)
- डेटा टेबल: Sr. No., Party Name (अगर All Parties), Date, Booking/LR No, Invoice No, Route, Vehicle No, Trip Status (रंगीन बैज), Freight Amount (₹), Created On
- नीचे ऐक्शन बटन: Excel (हरा आइकन) और PDF (लाल आइकन) डाउनलोड के लिए
- खाली स्टेट: “No records found for this period.” जब कोई ट्रिप फ़िल्टर से मैच नहीं
- लोडिंग स्टेट: रिपोर्ट जनरेशन के दौरान “Generating…” टोस्ट, डाउनलोड के दौरान “Preparing…”

Reports → Party Trips Report → Open report।
Party Trips Report खोलें🔍फ़िल्टर
- Select Date * — Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last Month, Last 3/6 Months, This Year, Custom
- Select Party — All Parties या एक (जैसे Swift Cargo)
- Select Trip Status — All Trips / Active / Started / Completed / POD received / POD submitted / Settled

Generate Report। खाली: No records found for this period.
📊सारांश और टेबल
KPI: Total Trips, Total Unbilled Trips, Started, Completed, POD Received, POD Submitted, Settled।
कॉलम: Sr. No., Party Name, Date, Booking/LR No, Invoice No, Route, Vehicle No, Trip Status, Freight Amount (₹), Created On।
