What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”- Driver header with name, phone number, and driver photo/avatar
- Four tabs: Driver Khata (default), Un-Verified, Driver Details, Driver Trips
- Balance card showing Company Has to Pay, Driver Has to Pay, or Balanced status
- Currently On vehicle card displaying assigned truck number plate
- Add Khata Entry button to record credit or driver payment
- Search and month filter controls on Khata and Un-Verified tabs
- Accepted/Rejected toggle to filter khata entries by status
- Table columns vary by tab (Date, Details, Amount, Actions, etc.)
📄Open a driver
From the list, tap View details (e.g. Vikram Singh). Header shows name and phone.
Open Drivers📒Tab: Driver Khata
Default tab. Balance card: Company Has to Pay / Driver Has to Pay / Balanced.
Vehicle: CURRENTLY ON + plate, or vehicle assignment N/A.
Search khata entries; month filters; Accepted / Rejected. Button Add Khata Entry.
Full money steps: Driver Khata.
⏳Tab: Un-Verified
Pending khata entries waiting for acceptance. KPI TOTAL AMOUNT.
Search unverified entries; month filters. Columns: Date, Details, Amount, Action.
You can view, edit, delete, or Reject Entry.
🚛Tab: Driver Trips
Needs company + branch. Search trips; month filters.
Columns: LR Date, LR No (opens trip), Route, Vehicle No, Status.
Empty: No trips found.
📋Tab: Driver Details
