डाउनलोड और शेयर — Get PDF or Excel, optionally append trip POD/docs, or share a link anyone can open without logging in (valid about 3 months / 90 days).

What you see on this page

  • Download button in invoice list opens dropdown menu with two options: “Download PDF” (with red PDF icon), “Download Excel” (with green Excel icon)
  • On Print Invoice page: Download PDF and Download Excel buttons in top toolbar
  • Copy Invoice Link button generates shareable public URL (no login required)
  • Share on WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with pre-filled message including invoice details and PDF link
  • Include trip documents checkbox below print preview (when checked, appends POD and trip documents to PDF)
  • Loading toasts: “Preparing PDF…” / “Preparing Excel…”
  • Success toasts: “PDF downloaded.” / “Excel downloaded.” / “PDF link copied.”
  • Helper text appears if no trip documents exist: “No POD or other documents found on trips in this invoice”

Steps

⬇️Download PDF or Excel

From the Invoice list Download menu, or on Print Invoice:

  • Download PDF — toasts Preparing PDF… then PDF downloaded.
  • Download Excel — Preparing Excel… / Excel downloaded.
Open Invoice

📎Include trip documents

On Print Invoice, check Include trip documents.

Appends POD and other documents for each trip on this invoice (one portrait page per file).

If none: helper says there are no POD or other documents on trips in this invoice. Office uploads: Upload POD · Trip Documents (or from the Driver Mobile App).

🔗Copy Invoice Link

Tap Copy Invoice Link → toast PDF link copied.

Anyone with the link can open/download the invoice PDF without a Lorryto login.

The link stays valid for about 3 months (90 days). After that it becomes invalid — mint a new link from Print Invoice if needed.

💬Share on WhatsApp

Tap Share on WhatsApp. A message is prepared with transport name, invoice no/date, party, trip/LR lines, amounts, and the PDF link.

If Include trip documents is on, the shared link can include those pages too.
