Company and branch first

Select the correct company and branch in the Lorryto header. Without both, you cannot manage users. See Company and Getting started.

What you see on the screen

Table columns: Name, Phone, Role, Seat plan, Actions.

Your company includes 2 free seats (1 Admin + 1 other). Extra seats are paid — details in Seats & billing.

Sign-in and profile

Invited users sign in with phone + OTP (not a password on this screen). They change name / phone on their own Profile. Admins change access only here.

MPIN is set by each user on Profile / Getting started — not from User management.
