Download / Print Collection Memo

What you see on this page

Section titled “What you see on this page”

On the list — each memo card shows:

  • Download button (download icon) — triggers PDF generation and download (shows loading spinner while preparing)
  • Print button (printer icon) — navigates to the print page

Print page toolbar (fixed at top, not printed)

  • Hide LR No toggle checkbox
  • Hide LR Date toggle checkbox
  • Add Company Stamp toggle checkbox — enables a draggable stamp on the preview
  • Black & White toggle checkbox
  • Download PDF button (green)
  • Print Collection Memo button (green) — triggers browser print dialog

Print preview area (below toolbar)

  • Company logo and header band with COLLECTION MEMO title
  • Party section (Bill To): party name, contact, address, GST if available
  • Memo details: Collection Memo No., Date, Place of Supply (branch city/state if set)
  • Trip table: columns for LR Date (hides if toggled), Booking/LR No (hides if toggled), route FROM → TO → BACK TO, Truck No, Freight, Payment Received, To Be Paid (advance), Balance
  • Summary section: TOTAL TRIP AMOUNT, TOTAL PAYMENT RECEIVED (−), TOTAL PAYMENT TO BE RECEIVED (−), BALANCE AMOUNT, amount in words
  • Weight (if entered) and bank details block (Bank Name, Branch Name, Account No, IFSC, UPI)
  • Footer note: “This is computer generated document”
  • Optional draggable company stamp if toggle is on

On Collection Memo list, each card has:

  • Download — PDF for that memo
  • Print — opens the print page

After create or update, Lorryto often opens the print page automatically.

Toolbar (not printed):

  • Hide LR No — omit LR numbers on preview / print / PDF
  • Hide LR Date — omit booking/LR dates on trip rows
  • Add Company Stamp — place a draggable stamp on the page
  • Black & White — classic B&W look for print/PDF
  • Download PDF — server PDF with your options
  • Print Collection Memo — browser print

📄What the printed memo shows

  • Title band: COLLECTION MEMO
  • Party (Bill To), Memo No., date, place of supply / branch as applicable
  • Trip rows with freight, payments, To Be Paid (advance)
  • Summary: TOTAL TRIP AMOUNT, TOTAL PAYMENT RECEIVED, TOTAL PAYMENT TO BE RECEIVED, BALANCE AMOUNT, amount in words
  • Optional weight and bank block; footer notes it is computer generated
