Roles & permissions
रोल्स और परमिशन — Choose an Access level, then (for non-admins) turn menus and delete rights on or off. Role defaults also set create/edit actions behind the scenes.
What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”- Access level dropdown — Staff (full app), User (basic), Dispatcher, Field staff, Admin (branch)
- Admin special case — branch Admin has full menus and actions, can open User management
- Menu access checkboxes (for non-admins) — Dashboard, Trips, Parties, Suppliers, Companies, Credit Shops, Drivers, Vehicles, Invoice, Reports, Accounting
- Allow delete checkboxes (for non-admins, needs matching menu) — Trips, Parties, Suppliers, Credit Shops, Drivers, Vehicles, Invoice

👥Access levels
- Staff — full app (default when adding)
- User — basic access
- Dispatcher
- Field staff
- Admin — branch Admin: full menus and actions
Branch Admin can open User management and manage everyone on that branch.

For non-admin roles, use Menu access checkboxes:
- Dashboard
- Trips
- Parties
- Suppliers
- Companies
- Credit Shops
- Drivers
- Vehicles
- Invoice
- Reports
- Accounting
🗑️Allow delete
Allow delete (needs the matching menu too): Trips, Parties, Suppliers, Credit Shops, Drivers, Vehicles, Invoice.
