सप्लायर परफॉर्मेंस रिपोर्ट — How many vehicles did you take from suppliers each month? See one supplier or All Suppliers for a calendar year (Jan–Dec), with the busiest month and each supplier’s share.

What you see on this page

• Filters: Year (This Year / Last Year / Custom Year), Supplier (All Suppliers by default, or one), then Generate Report
• Four cards: Total Vehicles Taken, Busiest Month, Avg Vehicles / Month, and Active Suppliers (All Suppliers) or Active Months (one supplier, out of 12)
• Insight line: peak month and biggest drop
• Charts: Vehicles taken by month, plus Supplier share (All Suppliers) or Trip status mix (one supplier)
• Table (All Suppliers only): Supplier-wise vehicles by month — Jan to Dec and Total, highest total first
• Toolbar: Excel and PDF

🔍Choose year and supplier

• Year — This Year (default), Last Year, or Custom Year (the last 12 years)
• Supplier — All Suppliers or one supplier

▶️Generate and read

Tap Generate Report. The bar chart shows vehicles per month. With All Suppliers, the donut shows each supplier’s share (top 8, rest as Others) and the table breaks every supplier down by month.

⬇️Download Excel or PDF

Excel — Monthly Vehicles sheet, plus Supplier x Month (All Suppliers) or Trip Status Mix (one supplier). PDF — cards, insight, charts, and the table.

What counts as a vehicle

Each trip (LR) with a supplier counts as one vehicle taken, by LR date. Avg Vehicles / Month divides by 12 for a past year, or by the months so far for the current year.
