Download / Print Loading Memo

लोडिंग मेमो डाउनलोड / प्रिंट — One document titled Loading Memo. Download PDF from the list or open Print with Landscape / Portrait and Black & White options.

What you see on this page

On the list — each memo card shows:

  • Download — prepares and downloads the PDF (loading toast while preparing)
  • Print — opens the print page

Print page toolbar (fixed at top, not printed)

  • Landscape / Portrait toggle — page orientation (Landscape is the default layout)
  • Black & White checkbox — grayscale preview, print, and PDF
  • Download PDF button
  • Print action for the browser print dialog

Print preview

  • Company header (logo/name) and branch when available; title Loading Memo
  • Date, Loading Memo No., Vehicle No.
  • Driver Name / Driver Mobile (shown when set; portrait layout always reserves the fields)
  • From, To, Back To, Dispatch By, Narration
  • Goods table: Sr. No., LR No., No. of Pkgs, To, Description, Consignor, Consignee, Weight + column totals
  • Remark — only if you entered a Remark (Notes from the form are not printed)
  • Optional company stamp when available; LorryTo footer branding

📋From the list

On the Loading Memo list, each card has:

  • Download — PDF for that memo
  • Print — opens the print page

After create or update, Lorryto often opens the print page automatically.

Open Loading Memo

📄Choose orientation

On the print page, select Landscape (default wide layout) or Portrait (tall A4 layout with a compact header).

The same choice applies to on-screen preview, browser print, and Download PDF.

⬛Black & White

Turn on Black & White for grayscale print/PDF (useful when saving ink or for photocopy).

🖨️Download or print

Tap Download PDF or use the print control to open the browser print dialog.

Remove a memo and unlink its LRs.
