Party Trips Report

पार्टी ट्रिप्स रिपोर्ट — See trips for one party or all parties in a period: status breakdown and how many trips are still unbilled. Filter by trip status and billing status. Useful before you raise invoices or collection memos.

What you see on this page

  • Filter bar at top with four dropdowns and Generate Report:
    • Select Date * (required): Today, Last 7 Days, This Month (default), Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, This Year, Custom Range
    • Select Party: All Parties (default) or a specific party
    • Select Trip Status: All Trips (default), Active, Started, Completed, POD received, POD submitted, Settled
    • Billing Status: All (default), Billed, Unbilled
  • After generating, Report Period chip shows date range, party, and billing filter when not All
  • Summary cards: Total Trips, Total Unbilled Trips, Started, Completed, POD Received, POD Submitted, Settled
  • Data table columns: Sr. No., Party Name (if All Parties), Date, Booking/LR No, Invoice No, Route, Vehicle No, Loading Date, Unloading Date, Driver Name, Supplier Name, Trip Status, Freight Amount (₹), Created On
  • On screen, Party Name opens the party, Booking/LR No opens the trip, and the vehicle plate shows an M badge for market vehicles
  • Excel and PDF downloads — on billed trips the Invoice No itself is a link that opens the invoice PDF without login
  • PDF uses a compact Details column for route / driver / supplier / loading–unloading dates

🚛Open Party Trips Report

On Party Reports, open Party Trips Report → Open report.

🔍Set filters

  • Select Date * — presets or Custom Range
  • Select Party — All Parties or one party
  • Select Trip Status — All Trips or a specific status
  • Billing Status — All, Billed, or Unbilled

▶️Generate Report

Tap Generate Report (loading: Generating…).

Empty: No records found for this period.

📊Read the summary and table

Cards: Total Trips, Total Unbilled Trips, and status counts.

Table includes driver, supplier, loading/unloading dates, route, vehicle, freight, and trip status.

⬇️Download Excel or PDF

After generate: Excel / PDF.
