पार्टी चार्जेस रिपोर्ट — Party trip Charges, Deduction, or Expenses for one party in a date range, with freight and trip totals.
What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”- Filters: Select Date *, Select Party * (required), Charge Type (Charges / Deduction / Expenses), Generate Report
- Summary: Total Freight Amount, Total Trips, and an amount card whose name follows Charge Type — Total Charges Amount, Total Deduction Amount, or Total Expense Amount
- Table: Sr. No., Date, LR No, Invoice No, Vehicle No, Route, Driver Name, Supplier Name, Freight Amount (₹), Loading Date, Unloading Date, Charges (name), Amount (₹) — with a Total row
- Excel and PDF — Invoice No opens the invoice without login; the PDF uses a compact Particulars column and adds a View Invoice button
📑Open Party Charges Report
On Party Reports, open Party Charges Report → Open report.
Open Party Charges Report🔍Set filters
- Select Date *
- Select Party * — one party
- Charge Type — Charges (default), Deduction, or Expenses
▶️Generate and export
Generate Report, then Excel / PDF.
