POD Report

POD रिपोर्ट — See which trips have their POD uploaded and which are still pending, how many days each has been waiting, and open every POD and trip document straight from the report or from the Excel/PDF.

What you see on this page

  • Filters (two rows): Select Date (LR date, default Last 3 Months), Select Party (All Parties or one), POD Status (Pending / Received), Trip Status (All / Billed / Unbilled), Include Trip Documents checkbox (off by default), then Generate Report
  • Page title changes with POD Status: POD Pending Report or POD Received Report
  • Five cards: Total Trips (with Market and Owned counts), POD Received, POD Pending, Pending Over 15 Days, Not Completed (7+ days)
  • Charts: POD status donut, and for All Parties the top 10 parties by pending (or received) PODs
  • Table: trips with links for LR, invoice, POD 1, POD 2… and (when ticked) Doc 1, Doc 2…
  • Toolbar: Excel and PDF

📄Open POD Report

On Party Reports, open POD Report → Open report.

🔍Set filters

  • Select Date — trips by LR date (default Last 3 Months)
  • Select Party — one party or All Parties
  • POD Status — Pending (no POD file yet) or Received (POD file uploaded)
  • Trip Status — All, Billed (trip is on an invoice), or Unbilled
  • Include Trip Documents — tick to add a Trip Documents column with Doc 1, Doc 2… links

📊Read the cards

  • Total Trips — all trips past Started in the range; small text shows Market (hired) and Owned counts
  • POD Received / POD Pending — trips with / without a POD file
  • Pending Over 15 Days — pending trips more than 15 days after delivery
  • Not Completed (7+ days) — trips still Started whose LR date is more than 7 days old

The cards count both POD statuses; the table shows only the status you picked.

🚛Read the table

Columns: Sr, LR No (opens the trip), LR Date, Party (All Parties only), Vehicle (with Market / Owned tag), Driver / Supplier (tap to call), From - To, Loading Date, Unloading Date, POD Received On, Days Pending (or Days to Receive POD), Party Freight, Invoice No, POD, and Trip Documents.

Pending shows the most days first — days over 15 are in red. Received shows the latest POD first. Up to 2,000 trips are listed; the cards always include all trips.

  • Excel — each file gets its own column (POD 1…, Doc 1…) with a clickable link; Invoice No is also a link
  • PDF — same table with POD and Doc links, and a View Invoice button on billed trips

Links open the file without a Lorryto login for about 90 days, so you can send the report directly to the party.
