कलेक्शन मेमो डिलीट
Delete Collection Memo — मेमो हटता है। लिंक्ड एलआर अनलिंक हो जाते हैं — उन ट्रिप पर नया मेमो बना सकते हो। वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता।
Collection Memo खोलेंइस पेज पर क्या दिखता है
Section titled “इस पेज पर क्या दिखता है”मेमो लिस्ट पर — हर कार्ड पर Delete बटन (trash आइकन, hover पर red) अगर आपके पास trip_delete permission हो
Delete Collection Memo dialog (जब Delete दबाते हो)
- Title: Delete Collection Memo
- Warning आइकन (red circle exclamation के साथ) ऊपर
- मैसेज: “This action cannot be undone.”
- Summary बॉक्स (gray background) दिखाता है:
- Memo No
- Date
- Party name
- Freight amount (हरा)
- Balance amount
- Note: “All LRs linked to this collection memo will be unlinked. You can create a new collection memo for those trips after deletion.”
- Cancel बटन (gray, बाईं ओर)
- Delete Collection Memo बटन (red, दाईं ओर; progress में “Deleting…” दिखाता है)
Delete के बाद
- Success toast: “Collection memo deleted and LR links cleared successfully.”
- कार्ड लिस्ट से गायब हो जाता है
- वे एलआर अब नए मेमो के लिए फिर से available हैं
