पार्टी डिलीट
Delete Party — पार्टी परमानेंट हटती है। तभी जब कोई पार्टी इनवॉइस, एलआर/ट्रिप, या कलेक्शन मेमो लिंक न हो।
इस पेज पर क्या दिखता है
Section titled “इस पेज पर क्या दिखता है”- Delete Party सेक्शन — Party Details टैब के नीचे (“Delete parties” परमिशन होने पर दिखता है)।
- सेक्शन description — “Permanently remove this party. Only available when no linked invoices, LRs, or collection memos exist.”
- Delete Party बटन — लाल बटन; party/bank सेक्शन edit mode में होने पर disabled (पहले Save या Cancel)।
- Checking मेसेज — बटन क्लिक करने पर “Checking linked records…”।
- Cannot delete डायलॉग — टाइटल “Cannot delete party”; blockers लिस्ट: Party Invoices (“Open Party Invoices” link के साथ), LRs/Trips (“Open Party Trips” link के साथ), Collection Memos (सिर्फ count); बटन: Close।
- Confirm delete डायलॉग — “Permanently delete party ‘[Party Name]’? This action cannot be undone.”; बटन: Cancel, Delete Party।
- सक्सेस टोस्ट — “Party deleted successfully”; Parties list पर redirect।
स्टेप्स
Section titled “स्टेप्स”🗑️Delete Party खोलो
Delete parties परमिशन चाहिए। पार्टी → Party Details → सेक्शन Delete Party।
Parties खोलें⚠️Delete दबाएँ
Delete Party — पहले लिंक चेक होता है। एडिट मोड खुला हो तो बटन डिसेबल।
🚫अगर रिकॉर्ड जुड़े हों
Cannot delete party: Party Invoices, LRs/Trips, Collection Memos। मेमो साफ़ करें: कलेक्शन मेमो।
✅कन्फर्म
Delete Party या Cancel। सक्सेस → पार्टीज़ लिस्ट।
