इनवॉइस ऐक्शन

Invoice actions — Party Invoices पर हर पंक्ति: सेटल (पेमेंट), एडिट, प्रिंट, PDF/Excel डाउनलोड, डिलीट। अलग “View Invoice” बटन नहीं — Print Invoice या Edit Invoice इस्तेमाल करें।

इस पेज पर क्या दिखता है

  • invoice टेबल में Actions कॉलम — हर row पर three-dot menu (⋮)।
  • Actions ड्रॉपडाउन — Add payment and settle (₹ आइकन), Edit Invoice, Print Invoice, Download (PDF/Excel submenu), Delete Invoice।
  • Add Payment डायलॉग — टाइटल “Add Payment”; Invoice No. और Current Balance दिखाता है; फील्ड: Settle Amount* (“Remaining balance” helper के साथ), TDS % और TDS Deduction, Other Deductions + Deduction Reason, Payment Date*, Payment Method ड्रॉपडाउन (Bank Transfer डिफॉल्ट, UPI, Cheque, Cash, Other), Bank Account* (Bank Transfer/UPI/Cheque के लिए जरूरी), Notes (ऑप्शनल); बटन: Cancel, Submit।
  • सक्सेस टोस्ट — “Invoice settled successfully.” (पूरा paid होने पर) या “Payment added successfully.” (partial होने पर)।
  • Already settled मेसेज — “Amount is settled and no balance is left.” जब और payment जोड़ने की कोशिश हो।
  • Edit Invoice — पूरी invoice edit screen खोलता है।
  • Print Invoice — print preview खोलता है “Share on WhatsApp” option के साथ।
  • Download — submenu: Download PDF, Download Excel; टोस्ट: “Preparing…” फिर “PDF downloaded.” / “Excel downloaded.”।
  • Delete Invoice डायलॉग — टाइटल “Delete Invoice”; Invoice No, Date, Party, Amount, Status दिखाता है; warning: “cannot be undone; linked LRs will be unlinked”; बटन: Close, Delete Invoice।

स्टेप्स

Section titled “स्टेप्स”

🧾Party Invoices खोलो

पार्टी → Party Invoices। अक्सर डिफ़ॉल्ट फ़िल्टर Un-Paid।

Parties खोलें

💰सेटल — Add payment and settle

Add payment and settle → डायलॉग Add Payment।

  • Settle Amount *
  • TDS % / TDS Deduction, Other Deductions
  • Payment Date *
  • Payment Method — Bank Transfer / UPI / Cheque / Cash / Other
  • Bank Account — बैंक/UPI/चेक पर जरूरी

Submit। पूरी तरह सेटल्ड हो तो नया पेमेंट नहीं।

✏️Edit Invoice

Edit Invoice से इनवॉइस एडिट स्क्रीन।

🖨️Print Invoice

Print Invoice — प्रिंट प्रीव्यू। वहाँ Share on WhatsApp भी मिल सकता है।

⬇️Download

Download → Download PDF या Download Excel।

🗑️Delete Invoice

परमिशन चाहिए। Delete Invoice — एलआर अनलिंक होंगे। Delete Invoice / Close।
